Collect activities, meals and places to stay, keep the links you keep re-finding, pin real offers from our catalog, and when it starts to look like a trip, hand the whole board to an advisor.

Questions people ask
- Do I need an account to use the trip board?
- No. The board works straight away and saves in your browser. We only ask for an email if you choose to send the board to an advisor, and that's the only time it leaves your device.
- Where does my board get saved?
- In this browser, on this device. It isn't stored on our servers, which means it won't follow you to your phone and it will disappear if you clear your browsing data. If you want a copy that lasts, print it to PDF or send it to an advisor.
- Are the offers on the board real prices?
- Where a card shows a figure, it is the starting price our catalog carries for that trip — travel windows, availability and group minimums still apply, and an advisor confirms your final quote. Where a card says pricing varies by date, that trip is quoted live and we deliberately don't attach a number to it until we've priced your actual dates and party.
- What's the difference between this and the Group Trip Planner?
- This board is for the deciding stage — gathering possibilities while you work out what the trip even is. The Group Trip Planner is for after that, when you know the shape of the trip and need polls, RSVP tracking, a budget and a shared itinerary.
- Can my family see my board?
- Not yet directly. For now the way to share it is to print it to PDF and send that around, or send the board to your advisor and let them bring the options to the group.
- Does saving an offer book anything?
- No. Saving an offer just pins it to your board for reference. Nothing is reserved, held or purchased — booking always goes through an advisor.
