Travel Connects
Corporate retreats & incentive trips · 10 to 50 people

Someone just handed you the company retreat.

We plan and run retreats and reward trips for 10 to 50 people at all-inclusive resorts and on cruises — budget to boarding, one point of contact. Send us headcount and dates and we will come back with a budget range.

Who this is for

Built for the person who got handed the retreat.

We would rather tell you in the first reply than after a deposit. Here is who this is for, and who should call someone else.

Built for
  • A leadership offsite, whole-team retreat, partner or board retreat, or a reward trip for your top performers.
  • 10 to 50 travelers, 2 to 5 nights.
  • Dates three to nine months out, and a budget you need to put in front of someone before anything gets booked.
What we don't do
  • Anything that needs contracted meeting space or production AV

Sales kickoffs, conferences, general sessions — if the trip is built around a ballroom, staging and an AV crew, that is a meetings company, and we will point you to one. That is about what the room has to do, not how many people are in it: a 50-person retreat at an all-inclusive is squarely us, a 30-person SKO with breakouts is not.

  • Points-based incentive programs

Qualification tracking, tiers, awards banquets — that is an incentive house. We plan the trip the winners take, not the program that picks them.

  • A one-day offsite with no overnight stay

No room block, no flights, no group contract — there is nothing here for us to run. A local venue and a caterer will serve you better, and cost you less.

What you get

Three things, in this order.

A number you can take to your approver

Headcount, dates, nights, and what the retreat is for. You get a per-person range and a total you can take to whoever approves it, with the assumptions written down so nobody has to trust a brochure.

Two or three options, tradeoffs named

Priced, dated, side by side — including one that openly loses on something, because that is how you know the comparison is real. You pick, or tell us what is off and we re-cut.

We book it and we run it

Room block and group terms, flights from every city your people are in, rooming list, traveler documents, payment collection, on-trip support, and the post-trip reconciliation. One contact from the first email to the last flight home.

Where retreat budgets go wrong

The overruns are rarely the big lines.

The venue is the easy part; the expensive mistakes happen earlier, which is why the first question we ask is what the retreat is for. Our cost guide prices a 30-person, 3-day retreat at roughly $49,600 all in. These are the four places that number quietly grows — and why the venue type decides three of them.

Attrition clauses

Block 30 rooms, fill 22, and many contracts bill you for a chunk of the eight. We negotiate the terms before you sign, and a group desk at a resort or cruise line is used to talking about them.

À la carte coffee breaks, meals, and AV

$18 a head, three times a day, thirty people, three days is $4,860 that was never in the spreadsheet. An all-inclusive or a ship bundles meals, breaks, and most activities into one per-person number — the leak mostly disappears with the venue type.

Transfers and the travel day

Thirty people on fourteen flights into a two-connection airport is a lost day and a goodwill deficit before the first session. We screen destinations by nonstop access first, and price the transfers in, not after.

The fourth night nobody needed

Padding the schedule while you are there is the easiest five-figure mistake in corporate travel. If the agenda does not need it, we will say so.

The full per-person ranges and the sample budget are in How Much Does a Corporate Retreat Cost?. The planning sequence is in the corporate retreat checklist.

Founding five · first half of 2027

We started taking corporate retreats in 2026.

The first five retreats we book for January through June 2027 get the planning fee waived, a written post-trip reconciliation (what we quoted against what you paid, line by line), and a debrief call — in exchange for a short case study we can publish, with your approval of every word. After five, the planning fee applies: quoted before any work begins, credited back in full when you book.

How it works

Three steps, no scheduling links.

1

Two minutes of intake

The form below. Headcount, dates or a window, nights, what the retreat is for, and a budget if you have one. If you do not have one, that is the point of step two.

2

A range, and a call if you want one

Say you would rather talk and the reply comes with two call times to pick from — no scheduling links, no back-and-forth. Otherwise the range arrives by email and you take it from there.

3

Options, booking, then we run it

Two or three priced options, your pick, then the room block, the flights, the rooming list, the payments, and the trip itself. You get the credit; we do the logistics.

Start here

Headcount and dates in. A budget range out.

Two minutes. No commitment. You will hear from us with a per-person range, a total, and the assumptions behind both.

Prefer to talk first? Say so in the form and the reply comes with two call times to pick from.

We'll come back with a budget range. If you'd rather talk first, say so above and the reply comes with two call times to pick from.

Before you ask

The four questions every planner asks first.

What does this cost us?

Planning is free on standard trips. A retreat is custom work, so it carries a planning fee we quote before any work begins — and credit back in full when you book. It is waived for the founding five (below). You pay the supplier's price for the trip itself, the same as booking direct and often less with partner rates.

Our people fly from six different cities. Can you handle that?

Yes. Airport access moves the total more than the room rate does, so we price a nonstop-friendly destination first and build the flight plan city by city.

We already have a venue in mind.

Send it. If it is an all-inclusive or a ship, we price it against two alternatives so you can see what you are choosing. If it is a conventional hotel, we tell you what changes and where the extra line items come from.

Do you design the agenda?

Not by default — we run the trip. If you want help with the agenda as well, say so on the intake and we will tell you what we can scope alongside it.
