By using this website, submitting an inquiry, or engaging Travel Connects to plan or book travel, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services. If you are booking on behalf of other travelers, you confirm you have their permission to share their information and that you accept these terms on their behalf.

Travel Connects acts as an agent for the suppliers who actually provide your travel — cruise lines, hotels and resorts, tour operators, airlines, transfer companies, and insurers. We do not own, operate, or control any of them.

Your travel is governed by the terms, conditions, and cancellation policies of each supplier. Those terms are between you and the supplier. We will make them available to you before you commit, and we strongly encourage you to read them.

For standard trips we do not charge a planning fee. We are compensated by suppliers through commission paid after you travel. You pay the same rate you would pay booking directly, and often less.

Some services carry a fee that is disclosed to you in advance — for example our gift certificate product, where planning happens before any booking exists. Where a fee applies, its amount and refund conditions are stated at the point of purchase and govern over any general statement on this page.

Quotes are estimates based on availability and pricing at the time we prepare them. Travel pricing changes constantly. Nothing is held or guaranteed until a deposit is received by the supplier and the supplier confirms the reservation. Promotional offers are subject to the supplier’s terms, blackout dates, and capacity controls, and may be withdrawn at any time.

We make every effort to present accurate information, but we are not responsible for supplier pricing errors, typographical errors, or availability that changes between quote and booking.

Deposits and final payments for travel are generally collected directly by the supplier under their payment schedule. Missing a supplier deadline can cancel your reservation and forfeit money paid — those deadlines are your responsibility, though we will do our best to remind you.

Cancellation and change penalties are set by each supplier, not by us. Many travel products are non-refundable in whole or in part. Where we have charged a service or planning fee, that fee covers work already performed and is separate from any supplier refund.

You are responsible for holding valid travel documents. This includes passports with sufficient validity remaining (many countries require six months beyond your return date), visas, transit permits, proof of vaccination where required, and correct documentation for minors traveling without both parents.

Names on your booking must match your government-issued ID exactly. Corrections after ticketing can be expensive or impossible. We will tell you what we believe is required, but requirements change, and verifying them for your specific citizenship and itinerary is ultimately your responsibility.

We recommend travel insurance on every trip. Coverage, exclusions, and claim decisions are determined by the insurer, not by Travel Connects. If you decline insurance, you accept the financial risk of cancellation, interruption, medical events, and baggage loss.

Our quizzes, matchers, budget calculators, and guides are informational aids. Their output is an estimate and a starting point for conversation — not a quote, a reservation, a guarantee of price or availability, or professional advice. Always confirm details with us before making plans that depend on them.

The content on this site — text, guides, tools, graphics, and the Travel Connects name and logo — belongs to Travel Connects or its licensors. You may read and share it for personal, non-commercial use. You may not republish, resell, scrape, or use it to train commercial models without our written permission.

Please do not use this site to submit false or fraudulent inquiries, impersonate another person, interfere with the site’s operation or security, or collect information about other users. We may decline service, at our discretion, to anyone who does.

We are not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, delays, cancellations, overbooking, injuries, losses, or damages caused by any supplier or third party, or for events beyond our reasonable control — including weather, natural disasters, strikes, mechanical failures, port or route changes, government actions, civil unrest, health emergencies, and supplier insolvency.

Links from our site to supplier or partner sites are provided for convenience. We do not control their content or practices.

This website and its content are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Travel Connects and AMD Ventures will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of your use of this site or our services. Our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount of service or planning fees you paid us for the trip in question.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Travel Connects, AMD Ventures, and our team from claims arising out of your breach of these terms, your violation of a supplier’s terms, or inaccurate information you provide to us.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, and you consent to that venue.

We may update these terms as our business or the law changes. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the current version. Your continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
