Cancellation policy
Most escorted tour fares: deposit refundable up to 90 days, sliding cancellation 89-60 days (typically 50% by 60 days), no refund inside 60 days. Some premium brands require non-refundable deposits earlier. Insurance with cancel-for-any-reason highly recommended.
Documents needed
Valid passport (6+ months past return). Most European/UK tours visa-free for US citizens; Russia, India, China, Vietnam, Egypt, and a few other destinations require visa — supplier provides packet 90+ days prior. ETA/eTA may be required for UK, Australia, Canada (electronic, USD 10-20).
