Cancellation policy
Most escorted tour fares: deposit refundable up to 90 days, sliding cancellation 89-60 days (typically 50% by 60 days), no refund inside 60 days. Some premium brands require non-refundable deposits earlier. Insurance with cancel-for-any-reason highly recommended.
Documents needed
Valid passport book (6+ months past return) required for Mexico, Caribbean, Central America. Birth certificate + photo ID accepted on closed-loop US cruises only — flights need a passport. No visa for US citizens for typical destinations; Cuba is the exception (special tourist card required).
